The lock set features two keyed alike locking pins, along with a set of two keys; so you can keep your expensive adjustable aluminum, stainless steel, or steel ball mounts safely attached to your tow rig. The 5/8 inch diameter locking pin that secures the ball mount to the receiver on your truck has an inside shank measurement of 4 3/8 inches, while the adjuster pin that secures the adjustable ball to the ball mount channel also measures 5/8 inches in diameter with a 3 1/2 inch inside shank length.
