This is a Complete Disc Brake Kit by Dexter Marine that Includes a Tie Down Model 850 E Disc Brake Surge Actuator with built in Reverse Lockout Solenoid, a complete set of Eliminator Vented Disc Brakes that include Calipers, Brackets ,and GalvX Vented Integral Rotors, and a single axle 20 ft Rubber Brake Hose Kit. This kit includes everything you see pictured. This Tie Down Disc Brake Kit and Actuator Assembly will replace your rusted out Drum Brakes, Disc Brakes, or add disc brakes to your trailer for the first time. These are all Dexter Marine Products. This Kit is designed to outfit your boat trailer with an entire disc brake assembly from front to back.
The Surge Actuator is Dexter Marine Model 850 E, which has a capacity of 8500 lbs. This actuator mounts to a standard 3 inch wide trailer tongue with (2) 1/2 inch diameter bolts. This actuator outfits a 2 inch towing ball.
The Single Axle Brake Like Kit includes (1) 20ft Main Hose, (2) Brass T Fittings with Female ends, (2) 24 inch Brake Hoses, (1) 72 inch Brake Hose, (5) Cable Ties, (2) T Clamps to secure T fittings, (8) Self Tapping Screws, and (4) Cable Clamps for your brake hoses.
With this Assembly, you additionally get Dexter Marines complete Vented Integral Eliminator Brake Assembly, with Aluminum Calipers and Galv X Integral Rotors. Tie Downs innovative Aluminum Caliper and Vented GalvX Rotors shed heat and combats corrosion. This Kit accommodates 6 Lug Wheels, and has the industry standard 6 on 5 1/2 Lug Pattern. This Brake kit mounts to industry standard 5 Hole Brake Flanges that you would find on 5200 lb capacity trailer axles. This brake kit uses 1 3/4" ID 25580 Inner bearing and 1 1/4" ID 15123 Outer Wheel Bearing.
