Trailer Hitch Pins are used to install a Ball Mount to the Hitch of your Towing Vehicle. This Towing Hitch Pin is Zinc Plated for Longevity and Appearance, the nice Zinc Coating protects it from the elements better than a standard steel pin. The 5/8" Diameter Towing Pin is installed by simply sliding it through the mounting holes on your towing vehicle's hitch as well as the ball mount installation holes, and then inserting the included cotter pin into the hole at the end of the pin to secure everything into position. This Hitch pin has a build in Grip Handle to make removing it an swapping out your vehicles ball mount quick and easy.
The usable length of the Hitch Pin or Key is 6 1/4". Overall it measures closer to 7 1/2".
