This Tie Down Engineering trailer disc brake caliper bracket is sized to fit the 9.6 inch Vented Integral Hydraulic Disc Brake Kit. The caliper bracket is coated with Tie Down's Galv-X finish, which allows the bracket to resist rust and corrosion from saltwater and freshwater, so it will work great on boat trailers, jet ski trailers, and utility trailers alike. The bracket is mounted to a standard 4 hole axle brake flange and allows mounting a Tie Down disc brake caliper for operation with the 9.6 inch 5 bolt integral brake rotor. This is the same caliper bracket used in our Tie Down 9.6 inch 5 Lug Vented Boat Trailer Disc Brake Kit, so it is perfect to use as a replacement if you have a worn-out or damaged bracket on a previously purchased kit. The caliper installs onto the bracket with two caliper slide pins (not included) and allows the caliper to sit properly on the rotor and operate as intended.
