With the built-in Grease Fitting, you can add grease to your Boat or Utility trailer with ease. These Fulton Bearing Protector's are equipped with a spring loaded piston which allows pressure to build up in the Trailer Hub as you pump grease into the Zerk Fitting. This Pressure will keep contaminants from entering the hub and endangering the inner and outer bearings. The Piston gets pushed out as pressure builds up, and with Fulton's Automatic Pressure Release you don't have to worry about damaging your seals. Once the Piston is fully extended your hub is greased and ready to go.
These Bearing Dust Covers are Chrome Plated Steel and would work well with Galvanized, Painted, or Stainless Steel Trailer Hubs. They come as a pair and the rubber covers are included to help protect the zerk fitting from getting clogged by dust and debris.
