This is a replacement caliper mounting bracket for Kodiak slip on 12 inch rotors. The bracket works with Kodiak 6 Lug brake kits that are either slip-on or integral design, and will attach to the 5 hole mounting plate on a 5,200lb or 6,000lb axle. This is Kodiaks part number CMB-12-U-DAC. The brackets are dacromet coated to help prevent rust. The bracket will work on either the left hand or right hand side of the trailer. Kodiak offers a 3 year warranty on all of their dacromet coated parts.
