This replacement upright guide on is manufactured out of 1 1/2" square hot dipped galvanized steel tubing, measuring 40" tall with the leg measuring 18" long. The length of the leg allows for easy adjustments to fit your boat properly. This guide pole is designed to have a 2" PVC pole slide over top of it, and this Guide Pole Features a Welded on Tab to hold the PVC in the ideal position. The PVC sleeves are available and sold separately. This guide pole is bent at 90 Degrees for perfect alignment with the side of your boat.

The guides will typically install into a cross member or be secured to the trailer frame, either by using u-bolts to attach to an I-beam frame, or with U Bolts and Hat Brackets for installation to Square Trailer Frames.

If you are needing to mount this galvanized guide pole to your I-Beam Aluminum trailer frame, you will use either the Galvanized Square Ubolt 3/8 inch x1 9/16 inch x 2 1/2 inch, by drilling holes directly up through the I-Beam, or the Stainless Steel Square Ubolt 3/8 inch x1 9/16 inch x 2 1/2 inch version to prevent rust. These U-Bolts are sized to fit perfectly around the guide pole and be long enough to go through the material of your I Beam frame or back cross member.

If you are needing to mount this guide pole to your square tubing or C Channel trailer frame, you will need the 1 1/2 inch Galvanized Boat Trailer Hat Bracket and two 3/8" diameter Boat Trailer U-Bolts that will match the width and height needed to fit around your frame. Once you tighten down the U-Bolts, your guide poles will snug up and not move. This is an extremely heavy duty version of guide pole that is ideal for light and heavy duty boats.
