Boat Trailer Boards are very important components to your trailer. They are responsible for the support while towing, loading, and unloading. This listing is for one replacement pair, pre carpeted Bunk Boards that measure 8 ft in total length. This uses standard 2 inch x 6 inch pressure treated lumber, that has been 3/4 wrapped in Black Bunk Carpet, which allows moisture to escape. This item is an ideal replacement for small to midsize to larger boats and pontoon boats. Ideally you would want to notice the need for replacement before total failure. Take care to inspect the areas around where your bunks are secured to your bunk brackets, noting areas of softness where the mounting holes might be rotted out, which would cause failure. In addition, notice any areas where your previous boards are sagging, where cracking might be present. These boards do not have any pre drilled holes, which allows you to install them exactly as needed. This type of Bunk board is typically used with Swivel Top Bunk Brackets. Standard mounting hardware would be (PAIR) 5/16 x 1 1/2 Galvanized Lag Screws for Swivel Top Bunk Bracket. These 2 x 6 Carpeted bunk Boards are also common on larger boats with Mini bunks in the front of the trailer.

Very good quality product. A bit expensive, but beats buying the components and building them yourself. Easy to install with drill and new hardware.

Great Value
Great bunk boards almost costs the same after you buy the materials. Better off paying the cash and having boat trailer make them. Only save about $50 and a hassle if you make them yourself. I installed them. It was quick and easy.
